3. Delivery

We deliver once a week to the address provided at the time of subscription. Please make sure your delivery details are correct and accessible during delivery hours.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime before the first delivery and get a full refund.
Once a delivery has been completed under any subscription, no cancellation or refund is possible for that billing cycle.

5. Payments

All payments are made online through secure payment gateways. Subscription renewals will need to be manually confirmed unless stated otherwise.

6. Responsibility

We take every care to ensure freshness and timely delivery, but weather or logistic delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.
